OUR FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY - SUNDAY 14TH JUNE - WHAT A NIGHT !
The fantastic weather enabled us to move all our therapists and card readers into the garden. It was a lovely evening, and the nicest way to connect with Spirit, amongst the trees and in the sunshine !
We attracted 100 visitors this evening, and everyone received a small gift, and enjoyed a buffet and champagne on arrival.We were proud to present a cheque for £200 to the Walter Boyce Centre in Brentwood, to treat their mentally and physically disabled children to a day out. Our medium, Christina Green, provided a fantastic evening of messages from Spirit, bring both laughter and some tears to the Haven, as message after message was relayed from our loved ones to their friends and family in the audience.
Our handmade birthday cake, champagne and refreshments went down a storm, as did our luxury raffle, with great prizes and donations !
We can't wait to celebrate our next birthday - and many more to follow ! Everyone at the Haven would like to thank our fantastic mediums, readers, therapists, tea team, helpers, and everyone who helps to make this amazing event happen every week. And of course a very special thank you to you, our guests, who make it all worthwhile. Thank you for helping us to make a difference !
